1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing nb55 — whether through the website at nb55.onl, the mobile app, or any other channel operated under the nb55 brand — you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is formed at the point you complete registration and becomes effective immediately.

2 Eligibility & Registration

nb55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if account activity triggers a compliance review. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, or payment method verification. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended until the process is completed satisfactorily.

3 Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on nb55. Duplicate accounts — whether registered with different email addresses, phone numbers, or identity documents — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, nb55 will close all but one account and may forfeit balances held across duplicates.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and any changes to account settings. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. nb55 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

nb55 may suspend or close an account at its discretion if there is evidence of terms violations, fraudulent activity, abuse of the bonus system, or any behaviour that the platform reasonably determines to be harmful to its operations or other players. In cases of suspension, any investigation will be conducted before a final decision is made on account status and balance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on nb55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and debit cards where available. The supported payment options in your account dashboard represent the methods currently active for your account region.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes. Withdrawal processing times depend on your account tier — standard accounts receive withdrawals within a few hours to 24 hours, while VIP tier accounts benefit from significantly faster processing.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method as the deposit where technically possible.
• nb55 does not charge deposit fees. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real money by meeting the stated wagering requirements first.

5 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on nb55 are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means the official match result as confirmed by the ICC, PCB, or the relevant tournament authority. For Football, Esports, and other markets, equivalent official sources are used.

The following rules apply to all sports bets on nb55:

• Void bets: A bet is void if the event does not take place, is abandoned before completion, or if there is a pricing error by nb55. Void bets are refunded in full.
• Postponements: Matches postponed by 24 hours or fewer are typically kept open. Matches postponed beyond this window are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: All in-play bets are accepted subject to available data. nb55 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Accepted in-play bets stand unless an obvious technical error occurred.
• Accumulator bets: If one leg of an accumulator is void, the remaining selections stand and the void leg is treated as a single at odds of 1.0.
• Obvious pricing errors: nb55 may void bets placed at odds that are clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical fault or data feed error.

Maximum payout limits per event and per bet type are displayed in the relevant market. These limits apply regardless of the number of selections in an accumulator.

6 Casino & Live Casino

• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated expiry window. Expired bonuses are removed from your account without notice.
